1.Inhouse Lawyer
Job Requirements:
A lawyer to ensure compliance with local laws and all the legislative regulations to operate in UAE.
Legal examination of contracts: rental, supply chain (including foreign economic activity), license agreements, contractor agreement, service contracts; agreement of the disputes with counterparts.
Preparation of the legal conclusions at a wide array of questions including the treaty law, labour law, intellectual property, personal data, advertising, online trade.
Bonus points if you are a lawyer with a Chinese background and extensive experience working in Web 3.0, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, blockchain, fintech, N-strategy and regulatory compliance
Skills
Post payment claims review: legal support while dealing with customer complaints; pre-trial settlement of disputes; protection of the company interests in the court.
Legal support to the financial department.
Representation of company interests in state authorities.
Development, analyses and improvement of the company’s internal documents: regulation, policy, instructions.

2. 内容运营
岗位职责：
负责公司社交媒体平台、官网、博客等渠道的内容规划和日常管理。
根据品牌定位和市场需求，策划并执行内容营销计划，提升品牌影响力和用户参与度。
制作和编辑高质量的图文内容、视频、音频等多种形式的内容产品。
跟踪分析内容发布的数据，包括阅读量、分享量、用户互动等，以优化内容策略。
与SEO团队协作，确保内容策略与搜索引擎优化目标一致。
监控行业动态和竞争对手内容策略，为内容创新提供依据。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、新闻、广告等相关专业优先。
2年以上内容运营或相关工作经验。
熟悉内容营销理论和实践，有成功的案例展示。
具备良好的文案撰写能力和创意思维。
了解SEO基础知识，能够制作符合搜索引擎优化的内容。
具备数据分析能力，熟练使用Google Analytics等数据分析工具。
加分项：
拥有丰富的社交媒体运营经验。
熟悉视频制作和直播运营。

（非销售岗）
工作职责:
1. 负责为公司房源拍摄VR影像 ；
2. 与公司合作伙伴对接，获取更多房源 ；
3. 公司房源的上架和维护；

2. 对迪拜房地产市场有深度了解，曾从事房地产经纪人职业的优先 ；
